Following the prestigious Vanguard Personality Of The Year, 2024 Real Estate Icon award, friends and associates of Igbere in Bende LGA – born Forbes rated development expert, Chima Anyaso have continued to eulogize him over the award.
Vanguard had on Friday at the Eko Hotel and Suites during its 2024 edition of the highly esteemed annual “Vanguard Personality Award” held on Friday, honored him to the admiration of friends and associates under his establishment, Chimbaland Properties & Investment Co Ltd that has enormous interests in Lagos real estate.
According to Vanguard Newspaper, the award was designed to recognise personalities who have demonstrated exceptional exploits in various sectors which Anyaso known as “Ofuji Ndị Ìgbo” (one yam of Igbos) in which he has proven himself worthy.
Recounting his humble beginning, Anyaso, who is the founder of Cades Group with interests in Oil and Gas, holds a BA in Eng BA in English and Literature, MBA and M.sc Management, both from the University of Lagos and an Executive Management Certification, Peter J Tobin College of Business, St John’s University, Manhattan, New York.
Vanguard noted that the award was bestowed on Anyaso in recognition of the outstanding services rendered by Chimbaland Properties & Investment Co Ltd which they noted has revolutionised the real sector not just in Lagos but the other parts of the country.
According to the CEO of Stanel Group, Stanley Uzochukwu, Anyaso’s award is a merited honour, adding, “His award is truly inspiring to see him being recognised for his entrepreneurial spirit and innovative approach which has helped shape the real estate sector and he has demonstrated what it means to be truly outstanding”.
