The Chairman of Abia State Council of Traditional Rulers, Eze Linus Nto Mbah has expressed his excitement through a warm message of congratulations to the Abia State Governor, Dr Alex Chioma Otti on his 59th birthday anniversary taking place today, Sunday 18th February, 2024.
Eze Nto Mbah in a release commended Governor Alex Otti for his perseverance in life which culminated to him becoming the Abia State Governor after three attempts, saying that Abians are very much proud of him over his purposeful and impactful administration in the last eight months.
According to Eze Linus Nto Mbah, Governor Alex Otti has demonstrated capacity in restoring the lost glory of Abia State with his strategic policies and programmes which are unparalleled, noting that the huge construction works in various roads in the State, retrofitting of hospitals, renovation and upgrading of schools, provisions of security, prompt payment of salaries and arrears of salaries, payment of the constitutional five percent of the stipend of the Traditional Rulers in the State among others are pointers to the fact that help is really here at last.
While wishing the Governor a very happy birthday, long life, good health and prosperity, the royal father regrettably noted that Dr. Otti is celebrating this year’s birthday with missed feelings because of the sudden demise of his friend and former CEO of Access bank, Mr. Herbert Wigwe, who died in an aircraft along side his wife and son.
Eze Nto Mbah therefore urged the Governor to take heart and bear the irreparable loss with fortitude and prayed that the souls of the departed rest in perfect peace while wishing Governor Otti the grace to fulfill his aspirations and vision for the people of the State.
Alex Otti was born on 18 February 1965 in Umuehim community of Isiala-Ngwa South LGA of Abia State.
