The member representing Aba South in Abia State House of Assembly, Hon. Obinna Ichita says, Abia State Government has no regards for its people and don’t care.
Hon. Obinna Ichita, who is the only APGA member in the Abia State House of Assembly, stated this in Umuahia when the Catholic Youth Organization of Nigeria, CYON paid his a courtesy call adding, “We must jettison what affects us negatively.
“The present government in Abia State has no regards for the people and don’t care. We must chase them out and restructure the state”.
Hon. Ichita while appreciating the youths over the visit, informed that he accepted to run with Prof. Greg Ibe to learn from him.
“The only person that can liberate Abia State today from debt is Prof. Greg Ibe who is the highest employer of labour in the state, and also a Catholic.
“His humility is exceptional” and assured that he will exhibit the virtues the Catholic church inculcated in him when they win”
He called for their prayers as “when a good man is coming to salvage the people, the bad ones will always congregate against them”, adding “Prof. Greg Ibe will lead us out of this exceptional malady”
Earlier, the Catholic Youth Organization of Nigeria, CYON said they are tired of deceivers in the state.
According to the President of CYON, Christ the King Church, Aba Brother Emmanuel Chukwuebuka “God blessed us with people who would assist to change the bad condition of Abia State. We are tired of deceivers”.
Chukwuebuka who spoke through Nnamdi Duru thanked the All Progressive Grand Alliance, APGA Abia State governorship candidate in the 2023 general elections, Prof. Greg Ibe for his choice of Hon. Ichita as his running mate, adding “with this, APGA has already won in the state”.
